Peter, save all the paint colors and decals. I may need a third J30 Pfalz soon!

Good choice in the scarlet color. Looks better than the color plates even.

The Aeronaut book 'ROYAL PRUSSIAN JAGDSTAFFEL 30' has a great set of color profiles. The ones for Marwitz are not as dark as I've seen on other profiles I found on the web. I got it as close as I could with the paints I have without any mixing. I trust the Aeronaut book as they do some amazing research for their books.

Thanks Hector. Maybe next year you can fly it at Havoc or Council of Five Nations if they are run.

That yellow striping really came out nice! I still think I like your black striped decals the most. I hope you try for the red diagonal striped one too - though it looks like a true nightmare of a decal job!

"Spinning prop by Keith" - sounds like something you'd hear at the Academy Awards! Outfit by Armani...

    Nice work, Buddy!

    Thanks guys.

Jeff, you know your wish is about to come true.

I use an Xacto to open the hole in the spinning prop. A twist or two, check for fit. Repeat until it fits the way you want it to.
