Everything you wanted to know about a lesser known fighter. Why did the A-H 28 series shoot down most of the enemy over the German built 65 series? Because the 28 series was better built and most of the German built ones went to advanced training Fleks and not used in combat.
The Brandenburg D.I in WoG:
The stats are "S" maneuver deck, "B" damage deck, 14 damage points, 11 altitude and a climb rate of 3. I also use the house rule of green jam cards have no effect because the top mounted wing was not prone to jamming. If the red jam card comes into play the KD cannot fire. So it is a tricky plane to bring on the board. Common enemy fighters were Nieuport 11/17 and Spad 7 very good match ups.
The KD is made by Colins at Shapeways it is a great representation of the plane.
