Don't know when the WOG WW II planes arrive here in Germany.

    US-Boys, you've got them already.

Please show me some P40s in action!

I saw them at the game store the other day, but passed on them because I'm not sure if I going to go the WWII route. I do admit though, that P-40 looked awesome. I really should at it to my collection, maybe replacing or in addition to the 1:72 scale P-40 I have sitting here in my cube.

A nicw new feature is that the maneuver deck is held in place by a neat paper band

    Other things inoticed:

The model for the Jakovlev Jak-1 is in fact a Jakovlev Jak-1b. You can see it because the model has a bubble canopy.
The model for the Curtiss P-40 is a P-40E. You can see it because of the six wing MGs and ther large cooler.

They've arrived!! Finally I have the new starter set. The models look again very nice but I'll let the pictures speak for them selves.

They look nice but I'm a bit disappointed on how they arrived. All the antenna's seemed damaged and are wobbly (not like the WOW miniatures who have solid antennas) and I'm afraid they will soon break off. Also the Reggiane lost its canopy. Luckily that was an easy fix as I found the missing part wandering around in the box.

I also ordered the extra available Yak's.

The green one I ordered twice and I made some alterations to the painting.

My flight of Yak's will soon bring the battle to the germans

I thought the antenna's where better than the solid ones, as they would not break of as easy as solid ones ?.

If the antennas are a problem, break them off, drill out a hole, and use a bit of wire to make a bendable, detachable antenna.
