    Now here is a more interesting question. How difficult is it to make custom cards? And, would I need special software to do so?
    I have some custom "Fictitious" Pilot aircraft that I would like to make custom cards for.

    If you know your way round one of the illustration packages (I use Photoshop, but there are free or cheaper packages out there - GIMP for example) it is fairly straightforward. I produce outline templates for the specific aircraft, then add a layer for the particular colour scheme. That way you only need to draw the aircraft once.
