    Some nice birds there, David.
Since I have them all already I think I will leave it to those in need this time around.

OK, someone wants a balloon really badly. Cause, IMHO, we now have rocket-equipped Nieuport 11s available.

Orphan Repaints Sale! These repaints came in with and under all my trades. Most are rare and neat models but the repaints, not so much. If you are into repainting these could be the perfect canvas for your artistry. PM me your bid by Sunday mid-night AZ time and claim your new canvas! All have bases, cards, posts and a random box.

First item is a well painted Albatros D.III $15 bid

    Next, Nieuport 23 Numbered "2" $10 bid

Next, Nieport 23 Single top wing Lewis gun $10 bid

A VERY colorful Fokker DVII, once a Schafer it appears, nicely done. Red nose and yellow balance, Lozenge on bottom wing and undersides of both wings. 10 bid

The tan Spad XIII with the number "2" and Stork decals.

Pfalz DIII Silver and black well painted and detailed with the silver stag, quite well done! $15 bid

The Red Pfalz DIII, also very well painted. The orange diamond on the top wing appears discolored but it is actually the radiator bronze color interruption that gives an odd look. Nice in hand though! $15 bid

So there we are for this sale, set your price and PM me. I will post the bids as the come in. Enjoy!

Greetings Lance, (and other inquirer's) the answer to the Zeppelin question is yes. However they are a bit larger than the last time you ordered, they are now 1/144" scale, same as the minis, so they are around 6" in diameter and over 36" long! They come with 2 position altitude stands, base, management cards, and instruction guide. Cost is $200 plus ~$20 for first class postage in the US. Yes, a bit bigger!

Colors: There are 3 left, (2) grey, and (1) dark blue (not scale but very cool, same color as the Staaken bomber!).

A little expensive, but way cool! Cheers! Dave

Ok I now have a Zeppelin near the top of my list. I bought one from you a few years ago. In a moment of weakness I was talked into selling it. Argh. Two college degrees and 6 decades of experience and I still do STUPID, STUPID things!! So I will be PMing you soon. I bought one of the Hawk Zeppelins but between work and theater I'll never have time to build it.

    Zeppelin Production News . . .

Just finished a not-so-good news visit with my bone specialist, the bone replacement therapy is not working so regaining use of my hands is questionable. I am down to the last (3) 1/144" scale Zeppelins in Grey (2) and Staaken Blue (1). $200 each plus postage . . . last of the many : (

I am also clearing out my supply of ships.

1/144" scale British Destroyer $75 USD (1) left

1/200" scale IJN Destroyers $75 USD (4) left

But even if they don't, although your creative hands are a big part of who you are and what you do they are not everything that is special about you. Those of us on this forum who have never even met you have seen and always benefit from your knowledge, wisdom and generosity of spirit.

Thanks all, I have been in a decline for a few months now, hand and finger control is still good, but holding things over 6 ounces and applying any force is painful and not recommended, happily paint brushes and minis are light and manageable-opening stuck paint bottles is a nightmare! Major carving and lifting are out. Working on large diameter handles for some of my tools so I can hold them without slipping. And I spend a lot more time thinking how the heck I can do that now, years of process engineering is paying off . . . WTF? Doesn't that mean "WOW that's fantastic!"? : )

For once Dave I can only echo the sentiments so ably expressed by Carl.
As another member who has gained a living by the use of his hands, I can fully understand your plight.
However, as my sight fades I find ways around the challenges which beset me from day to day, and from what you have said already, can only say "keep the Aspidistra flying."
I will prey for a change in your prognosis my dear friend.
