Norfolk Virginia, has a the Mermaid as the city mascot. I spotted one last year and did not have a camera in the car. I went back a week later and the cow spotted mermaid was gone. It was borrowed by someone in the middle of the night, according to the owner. The location was next to the Norfolk Airport so who knows where it landed?
