Knights of the Air "world wide" campaign?

Could anybody link me up to a place I can read sth more about this quest?
I'm going to start KotA regular first missions with my group this weekend, but what does the "world wide" mean?

The world wide part is project that I'm working on (when I have time). It is basically the same thing as what you are going to be running with your local group, but it is kicked off, all the local groups will report their results (via a custom coded website) and they will all be tallied and tracked. The out come from each local group will be factored into the whole campaign and drive what missions are done next and which side eventually wins.

This sounds like real fun to be a part in a bigger picture. When the project starts Iám sure I can gather some friends for some missions. I saw the first mission in the resource section and I did´nt get it, but if it´s not finished yet I understand.
