The Albatros D.III had some of the best and most varied paint schemes of the entire war. So far Nexus has only given us three of them and F Toys graced us with a different three. Now it's time to see what you can bring to the community!

Who: Any registered Wings of War Aerodrome member.
What: Repaint Contest.
When: 12 February 2012 is the deadline for entries.
Winner chosen by: Community vote.
Prize: Autographed Albatros D.III Brumowski Card by Andrea Angiolino, matted and framed for display.

Rules:
  • One entry per member
  • Miniature can be from any other manufacturer or scratch built (no paper card models)
  • Must be 1/144 scale
  • Does not have to be painted during the contest.
  • Previous Wings of War Aerodrome repaint contest entries (minis) are not eligible.


All entries must be PM'ed to Oberst Hajj with the following information:

  • Real name
  • Username
  • What miniature was used
  • Pilot and Unit name (if based on historical scheme)
  • No more than 3 photos
  • All photos need to be jpg format and [B]uploaded to one of your Albums. When you create the album, make it private via the settings.
