What about No. 5? A hard nut, but not impossible to solve!
Two Bonus Quiz Pictures- can you identify these??
This is after all... how most enemy pilots would hate to see them!
It's too bad I didn't have 10 pictures, each of a different plane, that looked like these two:
When you are ready to list your answers, do not list them in this thread.
Please send them to me via PM or e-mail at: brian_hicks@usa.net
This way we don't reveal the answers to those folks who haven't viewed this thread before the answers are posted.
On Friday morning I will post the winner, along with the answers.

Potenza was the winner of Quiz #2. He is away for the Holidays but should be back on-line Sunday or Monday, at which time he will post the questions for Quiz # 4.
Carlos Lopez will post the questions to Quiz #5 a week later.
No one has yet to identify the two bonus planes.
There is a mistake my friend !
9 is a Hanriot HD1 ... Coppens'one I would add...
And the albatros D.V was flown by Bruno Loerzer (Jasta 26)

Merlin
France Flight Leader
Sous-Lieutenant
Has correctly identified the two bonus pictures!
They are:
A: Spad XIII
B: S.E.5a
Well done sir!
You're wellcome...
I wish I should have seen this tread before the end of the contest !!
I hope that we can see a new quiz posted no later than each Monday morning (of course much will depend on the winners, and whether or not they are willing to develop and post the next quiz, and do so in a timely manner).
We already have Quiz's 4 and 5 lined up.
I have a few other photo's I'd like to post in a quiz in the future, and I have lots of nice colored graphic drawings of many planes I could use as well. When there is a lapse, I'll try to step up and cover the gap with a new set pictures for a quiz.
