The atest additions to my collection - a couple of Shapeways Fokker E.IV and a "Comic" 1 1/2 Strutter, and a couple of Skytrex E.III that snuck into the shots as well. Finish on the Shapeways models was excellent, and the detail in the twin Lewis guns was a nice surprise (esp. when compared with some of the horrible renditions of overwing Lewis guns that appear on some other models - maybe Kampflieger or Colinwe will produce sets of accessories such as these?).

They all look very good to me Dave. No sign of the knitted pattern on my DR1. Your remark about the guns is very true. They are superb. I was toying with the idea of a comic myself, but hardly think it is worth converting one if the existing planes are as good as that.

Very nice was toying with the idea of getting the Eindekkers and Strutters might have to be next order.
Have you thought about putting bracing wires on them?
