How do I print custom plane cards

Can anyone help me I wish to print some custom plane cards but they come out the wrong size.
I don't have photoshop if that is required

I copied mine onto Word and then re-sized to what I required. You can either use the mouse to drag the corners or right click and look at size and choose what you need

I put them into Powerpoint and then use "size and position" to size them correctly. You can get 16 on a sheet of A4. Then I laminate them and cut out.
