Default Pasadena Flight takes to the Air (floor)

Another night of battle……(a rare weekday battle)
Pasadena flight took to the air again (in one of the longest battles to date) to battle for control of the skys…..actually the floor.
Ed, Kevin, Tom and I got together for a great battle at Ed’s house…Only no table big enough for us to play on….no worries, we took over the living room floor. It was really the only way Tom and Ed would stay “on the table”..
We established some "ground" rules and started in.
Kevin got to use one of his newly purchased planes!
Follow the link to my picture page and read more of the battle....

No new lessons learned on this one....wellll maybe a few
    1. Even with a huge table we stayed close.
    2. Two planes on one wins.....no matter how much lead you pour into the attacking two.
    3. Carpet is a good playing surface. Cards and minis did not slide at all. It was even easy to get in close and move things around.
    4. Planes doing the same maneuver will not shoot often.......this was our longest game with four planes..almost 2 hours....
    5. Rushing headlong into the fight not always the best thing to do.....should have used the space better to take time and line up a shot.....o well....
    6. No matter what happens the game is alot of fun to play!!
