BGG.CON 2009 (November in Dallas)

Well,

In a week and a half I will be geeking out at BoardGameGeek convention in Dallas. I went last year and was surprised at how well run and friendly the CON was for its size. I played lots of games included a fun Wings of War Scenario.

Just curious. Is anyone else from here attending? Would be great to have a meet & greet.

Is it always in the same location? I have family in Dallas and I've gone down there a couple of times years and years ago for some GW RTs. I don't do a lot of board gaming, but this might be a fun excursion to go on in future years.

I believe it is always at the Westin Hotel at the Dallas airport. The BGG Crew provide a library of about 1300 games for the event which is very impressive. It was such a blast, that I plan on making my annual pilgrimmage in November every year.

Certainly worth attending if you can.
