Very interesting clips. I loved the HP. one. Gotha was good too. felt the screen shots of the attack on the Zepp lacked the detail of the others. Also the fire was not convincing. It took far too long to errupt. Should have been more of a flash fire at the end.
Every ones a blinking critic these days. What I really should be saying is thanks very much for finding the clips Brian. They were great.

    Rob,

The clips of the HP and the Gotha are both from the Rise of Flight game, while the Zeppelin clip is from a game called Over Flanders Fields (which is actually a Mod off of Microsoft's Combat Fight Simulator 3). The Rise of Flight Game seems to be renowned for it's high graphics and flight simulation model. I'm getting a new super graphics capable gaming computer in a day or two, and I'm anxious to load Rise of Flight onto it and see if lives up it's hype.

It's called: Rise of Flight-Iron Cross Edition.

I got my copy off of Amazon.com

It requires a rather hefty computer with high end processor and graphics capabilities.

The site listed above has a forum area. I spent time looking through it, as well as searching google for Rise of Flight Reviews, before I committed to buying.

OK, I could not resist and had to get it. It is cool but have a suggestion if you just want the download version. I got my copy from www.fspilotshop.com for 29.99 US, downloaded and installed it. When I went to register it at http://riseofflight.com they informed me to get the updated version (another 3.3 gig DL).

I recommend getting your key from www.fspilotshop.com (http://www.fspilotshop.com/product_i...6f36f13be2705b) register it at http://riseofflight.com and download the new version from them (http://riseofflight.com/Forum/viewto...9778c03cbef129). Will save you from DL 7 gig of files...

It comes w/Spad XIII, Fokker D.VII, Albatross D.Va, Nieuport 28, SE.5a, Pfalz D.IIIa, Sopwith Camel, Fokker Dr.1 and Nieuport N17. The rest you have to purchase seperately (but no outrageous eBay prices!)

It is a pretty game and need to get a joystick now. Still prefer human faces though
