Looking for Fokker D.VII Maneuver Deck (L)

Hi, While in a perfect world, I'd love to get my hands on a Top fighters booster pack, what I really need is an electronic copy of the L maneuver deck for the Fokker D.VII that I could print out, since it seems to be unobtainium at the present time. Any ideas?
