My favourite is "Rémy Martin, Fine Champagne Cognac, 1738 Accord Royal" (celebratory, after working for Ares @ UK EXPO), but I'm no stranger to Hennessy, Courvoisier, St Remy or Martell.
I'm also currently experimenting with a very nice German brandy called Asbach.
