Speed of new aircraft not included in the existing lists

Hello all,
Is there a table or a "rule" showing the different speeds of the planes and the displacement letters?
For example
-100km/h such letter
from 100 to 125 km/h such letter
from 125 to 150 km/h such letter(s)
Etc...

It's a great document and gives the bones for working out stats - could probably do with an update now that we have more decks in game since it was first authored.
