FINALLY I have completed and uploaded this document to the Files Section.

Long time coming, I know, and several "deadlines" missed - anyway, here it is.

As stated in the text, the conclusions are mine, and occasionally differ a little bit from some stand-alone source materials, but overall I think they provide a coherent nearly-all-inclusive result.


A note of thanks (and a ) to Gary (Hu Rhu) who advised me how to get it into PDF format for upload.
