Meeting on the app to play?

Hello! I'm on the Wings of Glory app now waiting for opponents. 7:33 AM Italian time (CET) on Sunday, quite too early for most of you. And I was wondering...
What if we fix preferred timings here, to enhance chances to find opponents? For example, I will be there this evening at 9 PM CET - 8 PM GMT - 2 PM CST. Will anybody be there? Are there any permanent timing that we can fix for weekly meetings?
