Squadron Leader Hedeby the dastardly Hun have built a Leiderhosen Factory right next to their front line. Take the 4am Squadron and go and bomb it. Utter destruction will lower their moral and stop that infernal knee slapping that keeps me awake at nights.
Righto Sir, be gone in a jiff.
Before you could say 'Whistle me up a squadron of Lancaster bombers' (oops wrong war, wrong table) Squadron Leader was in the cockpit leading the 0/400 Squadron, sorry 4am Squadron, on their most dangerous mission yet.
Meanwhile in Hun Squadron HQ, Lt Deadly M (Blue DVII) was briefing her pilots, Max (Hannover 2 seater), Andy (Candy stripe Udet DVII) and Drew (White DVII) that they had to destroy the British 4am Squadron and protect the Leiderhosen Factory.
(L/R: Chris, Drew, Andy, Marian, MAx)
The 4am Squadron made sure their guns were working by offloading some rounds into a German Balloon as the DVII's closed in.
The youngest pilot (Max) flew with no fear as the DVII's were outpaced by the 4am Squadron. Takka, Takka, Takka, even with guns jammed he flew right amongst the British bombers.
Drew was the first to bite the dust as the 4am Squadron claimed their first victim.
Marian and Andy closed and fired bursts into the rear 0/400 as young Max, on fire and guns jammed flew between the front two 0/400's. The lead bomber and 2nd bomber had dropped their bomb loads.
Young max's Hannover exploded in a ball of fire and Squadron Leader Hedeby(shame on you we all cried) jumped for joy. He'd down a German two seater and blown up the Leiderhosen factory. But all was not lost as Max's crew bailed out they watched as the resulting explosion tore into both bombers and brought them down too. Max went back to his mess for a bacon butty and a cup of tea, a happy lad hand in hand with his proud mother.
Andy and Marian brought down the 3rd 0/400 and the game came to an end.
Leiderhosen Factory destroyed. One happy British General, German moral lowered apart from the star of the game young Max, safe in the knowledge that it doesn't matter how small you are, you can still hit the big ones were it hurts.
