I hope that we never see such a thing again, but when we look around our world, there are still far to many so called "Leaders" who do not conform to the ideals of decent humanity.

Don't think we'll see it on such a scale as this again but, sadly, ethnic cleansing has continued all over the world to a lesser extent since then.

Why is it the 27th of January? What is significant about that date?
The day marks the 78th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp, in what was then Nazi-occupied Poland.
