The Camel & SE5a did, the Snipe probably could but whether the two squadrons actually did that late in the war is the question. Not sure the listed German kit was used in that way as they had purpose built machines for ground attack. Not sure about how the French used their kit but the SPAD XIII shows they could carry four Cooper bombs in Wiki.

The Fokker D.VII did post war, but whether or not by the Germans, I'm not sure.
I remember reading about some use of scouts by the Germans for bombing, but that may have been with Albatross D.Vas.
