Wonderful day in Dayton for flying.

We went early war for our first game. Two DH2 and a Fe2b versus 3 Albatros D.II
The aerial battle begins!
The first downed plane. One of the Albatros D.II
Some of these were at +1. I do not remember which ones.
The fight continues!
One of the Albatros got up on the Fe2b's tail! Luckily for the Fe2b, the Albatros got a gun jam on the first of many possible shots.
Mission accomplished, now for the Fe2b to get the heck out of here!
One of the DH2 goes down!
That sneaky Albatros is coming after the Fe2b again!
The Albatros learns the hard way about the Fe2b's firing arc! With a big BOOM Card!
With that Albatros D.II going down, the Fe2b was able to get off the board. Successful mission, but the British did loose one of their planes.
Second game was late war. Fokker DVII and a Fokker Dr.I vs a RAF Se5a and a SPAD XIII

How we did not crash here I do not know!
The Fokker Dr.I goes down!
Can the Fokker DVII take down the two American planes?
The SPAD XIII took some nasty hits!
It is down to the RAF Se5a and the Fokker DVII
The Fokker DVII eventually leaves the board from damage!
The Americans shoot down one German and force the other off the board.
The Germans shoot down one American.
American Victory! But very close!
Great game!
A wonderful day with some fun games!
