Blue Origin's Crew Capsule (Note: it was not carrying any crew at the time, but about three dozen experiment packages) had to separate from the New Shepard rocket about a minute after launch, due to an unknown anomaly in the rocket. Though unplanned, at least it demonstrates that the escape system works. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v09RCNChe-w
And Artemis has had the leaky seal replaced; next step is a fueling demonstration on 17 September, to ensure the new seals don't leak; if they can pass that test, and get a waiver from Space Force for the batteries for the range safety system, then the next launch date is tentatively set for 23 September; if neither one happens, then the rocket will have to be moved back into the Vehicle Assembly building to have the range safety system batteries replace, and they'll have to wait for the next launch window, possibly 27 September.
Hey, space is hard, folks.
