Thread: STAY COOL CHAPS

  1. #1

    Default STAY COOL CHAPS

Well who would have ever thought we would see 40 degree temperatures in Britain (well maybe in the South but certainly not up here in the North), just a quick word to say crank up the fans, stay safe and have an extra few ice cubes in the G&Ts

Look after yourselves ... its going to be a warm one !

As a veteran of the Pennsic Wars (Medieval reenactment, late July through early August), I approve of your beverage choice,
with the reminder that beer, while tasty, is not water (unless it's Coors Light and it's ilk).
So please stay well hydrated while enjoying "a cold one".
Note: this should come to no surprise to reenacting veterans like FO Kyte et al

I have spent the whole day at home today, slowing sweating to death....

I'm looking forward to going into work tomorrow, for a 12 hour shift, where there is efficient air conditioning!

Just what I needed to lift my spirits, and I don't mean a G&t chaps.
Try the temp today and add my Covid temp to it and you can understand why the freezer is working overtime.

    Thanks for all the laughs.
