Sadly, my scoring sheet for this game is missing, I was also pretty fried by then, so memories are not what they should be.
However, this was a game I wished I was just photographing and taking notes, since, as they say, you can't make this s**t up.
The game saw 3 Boom cards (one when John had just gotten back on the board), a double tap, some ice hockey action,
and numerous fires.
Here's the highlights:
Starting off: British artillery and trucks, defended by Se.5as, with German Hannover Cl.IIIs attacking with bombs and grenade packs.
The first Boom!
Paul (the German) and Chris trying to knock each other into the boards, ice hocky style.
This went on for 4 cards!
The first bombing run; I think Thomas (RedCoon) was in the lead.
And a double kill!
And the third boom. Guess those bombs made for an extra bang!
Down in flames over the target.
Braving the flames, while trying to save the truck.
IIRC, no one actually went down due to fire damage.
Escaping from a 3 on 1 pileup.
And the last kill of the night.
