New Recruit in the South West

Hi All,

Just joined and am in the Bristol Area.

Played Wing of War for the first time last month after about at least an 8 year gap but quickly picked it up again, simple to play, hard to master. I actually played the Tripod variant which I really enjoyed so have bought into that.

Not done WW2 yet, is it significantly different?

May be along to Devises or Thornbury so see some of you there.

Thanks all, I did see some of the group down at Beachhead (Bournemouth) last month, it piqued my reinterest and decided the dig the old planes out and then get a game in of Tripods.

Just picked up the WW2 Battle of Britain set to see how it differed (and was a good catch as it included the 4 planes), but its WW1 that I am mainly interested in.
