Default AAR Wright Flight Dayton Ohio July 10th 2021

Wonderful game day! Robert and John came from Greenville Indiana to join us. Karl (Jager) and Glenn (Jago85) came all the way from Akron to fly! 12 total in attendance. Great games! Had a float plane table, two Nieuport 17 vs Albatros D.II tables, and we had a nice 10 plane dogfight at the end. Thanks for the wonderful day everyone! Kudos to Ray (The G Dog) for getting two pilot hits in one turn!

Double pilot wounded is a killer. Was that on the same attack maneuver? Can you tell me what is the gray German(?) flying boat in the last photograph?
So how many books are in your personal library?

Nice photos - thanks for sharing them.

I'm shortly to get into some face-to-face gaming myself; it's been a LONG wait.

He got both pilot hits in the same short range attack!!!!

I will have to ask him what plane that is.

Good to see you all in action again, Dan and to see some familiar faces joining the action.

Looks to be the same as the red & white one, Robert, a Phoenix type A maybe ?

I totally agree Dave. Seeing Karl in action with the other chaps, will seem to bring us all that much closer when Wright Flight is mentioned next time.

I flew with the Wright Flight back in 2018 at Epic Loot with Darryl (Predhead), Bill (Old guy), Ray (The G dog), Richard (The Blue Whale) & Sean when I went along with Jim & Matt - Jim's in the red shirt here - as well as meeting Glen, Thomas (Redcoon2) & Karl at Origins so they're all pretty close even if the memory event is now a distant three years old !

The museum trip was great; some changes since my last visit (2016....2015...2014???)
The WW2 wing has been somewhat redone to accommodate the Memphis Belle. Lots of new kiosks and exhibits about the USAAC bombing campaign against Germany.
There was one kiosk that showed, day by day (very rapidly) where a bombing raid by B-17s and B-24s took place. The front lines moved too, so you were shown the increase in the intensity of
    the bombing campaign.
Unfortunately, my camera's battery died half way through the 3 1/2 hour tour; I will try to get pics posted, as well as those from past trips.

Flash, I just missed you bit a few months. I started with them in Jan of 2019. Been a blast ever since!
