Just a bit of fun this one!

As a stoic Entente player I would like to send my appreciation to what has turned out to be my absolute favourite model in the game. Udet's ('The Edge Lord') Albatross D.Va!

Maybe it's the goth in me? ... But I can't help but fall in love with Udet's Albatross! Before any Entente players turn their backs on me, I have to say the Sopwith Camel is MY go-to model now, love how it flies and it's all-round 'britishness' it exudes on the table-top, almost brings a patriotic tear to my eye.

But on the other hand...

Thanks! You gotta love a bit of Alice Cooper! Udet's Albatros is a reminder to keep the goth spirit alive in me, so I have a soft spot too. I used to be part of the goth/metal crowd in the late 90's so I do tend to favour the blacks and purples in any paint scheme... Though why I picked the Rebels in X-Wing and not Imperial is beyond me!

Love Kirchsteins colour scheme too! I'll have to wath out for the model coming up for sale.
