Spad XIV plane card

Has anyone created a Spad XIV plane card?

Don't see a top down view anywhere on the Interwebs. Need that to be able to make a card. There is no card in the Wings of Linen wiki.

Just found a top-down view in a book. Will scan to create card. What colors do you have in mind?

Note: The Damage letters are for the front arc only, and indicate the single MG/37mm cannon configuration.
