    Stumptonian and Camel Crew turn towards each other and exchange fire at close range. Sam Urai performs an Immelmann and is now heading towards Hedeby’s Spad. Camelbeagle begins to chase Baz’s Halberstadt. Flash turns hard away from Gangleader147 but the Halberstadt has stalled and Flash is shot up at +1 once again. Sherlochnumber1 has also turned sharp right into German gunsights and Marechallannes lights him up.

    Baz turns in giving Camelbeagle a chance to catch up but instead the camel has stalled. Hedeby and Sam Urai race towards each other but are still out of range. Stumptonian and Camel Crew fly past each other shaking their fists furiously. Flash climbs away from Gangleader147 whilst Sherlochnumber1 and Teaticket appear to be heading after Baz.

    Hedeby banks away to the right and Sam Urai overshoots him. Baz and Teaticket exchange fire as they rush towards each other but Sherlochnumber1 has turned away from the Halberstadt. Maybe he intends to pursue Stumptonian’s Albatros despite it currently being far above him? Zenlizard has almost made it to the German lines now. Gangleader147 has turned eastwards to follow him to safety under the protective gaze of Marechallannes.

    Where Manoeuvre Numbers and Descriptions sent in by players do not match, I am using the Manoeuvre numbers to resolve your moves.

    @Stumptonian - I think it probably worked in your favour last turn.

    Zenlizard and Gangleader147 are so close to freedom now that they can practically taste it. Having escorted Gangleader147 to safety, Marechallannes banks right to assist Baz in his escape. Camel Crew follows him high above. Baz and Teaticket narrowly avoid each other whilst Flash and Sherlochnumber1 look to be engaging the two remaining D Vs. Hedeby banks right to try and re-join the action. In the far south Camelbeagle stalls his Camel. Amazingly there is no combat in this phase.

    Zenlizard has safely returned to his aerodrome with his target photos. Marechallannes continues to turn back towards Baz and Camel Crew closes on him slightly. Baz continues to fly straight and level in the Halberstadt, is he mad? Flash has turned neatly into Baz’s blind spot but is unable to bring his own guns to bear. Teaticket and Camelbeagle both bank left in pursuit of Baz. Hedeby exchanges fire with Stumptonian whilst Sherlochnumber1 and Sam Urai do likewise. Flames erupt from the engine cowlings of Sherlochnumber1’s Camel.

    Gangleader147 is mm short of safety whilst Baz continues to plough along straight and level without attracting any enemy fire and Marechallannes now swings in to cover his six. Flash, Teaticket and Camelbeagle all head towards where they thought Baz would end up but find only empty sky. Hedeby moves in and gains rapid revenge for Sherlochnumber1 setting Sam Urai’s Albatros on fire as well.
