Ballons - damage and base size

Hello all,

I'm doing remixes of both the Coquot and Draken balloon STL files and want to confirm the size of the official "bases". Does anyone have those physical cards and can give me the size, preferably in mm? The current size I see online is 194mm x 92mm, but I want to confirm that before I get too far into the process.

Also, confirming that 30 is the current damage all balloons can take.

My nexus base measures 89mm wide with calipers and ruler but I've cut my bases 195 x 90mm. The card measures 195 x 90.7mm.
Damage is 28 for balloons.

Follow up - balloons do NOT have firing arcs, correct? Making sure I don't need to put one on the base.
