    Default G4M1 Betty Arcs/Gunnery question

    I am working on a card for the G4M1. Does anyone know if the M1 had the portable gun that could be fired on one side or the other from the rear of the cockpit? I know the M2 has this feature, but can’t find any supporting documentation on this for the M1.

    Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

    "Japanese Aircraft of the Pacific War" by Francillon doesn't have a portable MG at the rear of the cock[pit, but does have it in the nose. If that's what you mean, the M1 does not have it.
