    Just finished the Osprey book on the He-177 squadrons. Not a pretty picture.
    If they had given it 4 engines proper, and left off the dive bomber requirement, it would have been a good plane.
    Not a war-winner; not enough resources to build enough, but it would have given the USSR and the UK convoys a headache.
