Technically speaking - on my workbench from March 2020 to January 2021. I started in March but quickly got involved in other projects and only got back to these this month.
Two Valom Fokker DVII both from Jasta 43 - Ltn Josef Raesch (7 victories) in the Fokker with the trident symbol and Ltn Jozef Keller (1 victory) in the ex-Raben's Ravens Fokker.

Oh dear! Clipper is on the move! Great things will be posted!
I'm gonna need a bigger bag of popcorn...

Ok, I'm not going to bother. First picture, and it goes in sideways. It ain't sideways on my goddam screen, it has no reason to be sideways in the post. Anyhoo, I just finished 33 shapeways and ares WGF, and I think they came out OK. A LOT of Fokker DVII's. cheers.
Hi Burton.
Open each photo with 'Paint', rotate and save.
Then move on to the next one.
Then when you post the rotated images they'll appear right-side-up.

Burton, the one you posted looks really nice. Hope you decide to post the rest.
Burton, looknig good! The photo uploads can be a pain for sure -- I usually take pics with the camera rotated to "landscape" position and that seems to help. less editing afterwards.
Dave, that thing is a beast!

Pics to come shortly!
OK, so anyone want to see the aircraft I did can do so on Maine Historical Wargamers Association (MHWA) on facebook. Hard to believe, but the pictures are right side up! Apologies to the Drome pc program.

Lovely!
Well done, that man!

Thanks guys. It will great to see them battle Seefrosta
They look great, Chris! Are they 1/144 scale?
Clipper got me,
I see the German BB's and think German CV also.
Close! The sisters Bismarck and Tirpitz and the HMS Ark Royal, some fun intercepts ahead! At 1/200" scale they are all about 48"-49" long, not for the short of tables! I did the German Graf Zeppelin Carrier last summer . . .
Nice paint jobs Chris!
Very nice Dave. I'll wager this one looks better than the first one you did.
She's a beauty, Dave!
OK; nothing to show pics of; all virtual, but:
I have fixed all my master tables for stat figuring.
Now to review the files.

I took a look at FB and your repaints look fantastic. Lots of attention to detail in there. I particularly like your Jasta 18 red noses. I'm a bit of a sucker for that Jasta, as you might be able to tell from my avatar and signature line.
Like you, I haven't played the game much as I discovered it last year at the very start of The Vid. But I have been collecting planes, mats, accessories, decals and repaint wish lists like a mad man. The MHWA site was a hoot to browse. Except the Sails... that was for Tim.
As I watch the Daytona 24 hours (shhhhh, no spoilers - three hours to go on my recording), so that is getting me to return to My Little Fokkers:
Time to make my Mazda Racing E.IV. I got some narrow Tamiya tape to both lay down crisp lines and make those tiny white dashes, but even at 2mm wide, it’s still too wide. So, off to my art supplies - white ink gel pen. If you look carefully at the rear wing of the the Dh.2, you can see my test to see if it will work on a painted Shapeways plane. Seems to. So, time to take a break from Stuarts, Shermans, PZ III and IV, and switch to Fokker D.IIs, Mazda E.IV, DH2, all for the hours-away What’s on your February workbench thread...
...and I have no idea why this is also showing upside down photos below...hopefully just on my iPad...
Nice work chaps

I appreciate the love fellas, but these are SORA Christmas ornaments, no rigging required. I got a couple on ebay, just search "lohner ornament." Flash posted these and I jumped on the bandwagon and painted the hull on this one and lightly washed the wings. Glued on a "short post" sold on shapeways. The other is in its default red/white scheme.
well, that might explain why they look different than the nylon paint brush bristles. Thought I was going to learn another "secret"!
Working on my first repaints. I've been studiously combing through past posts on wiring, painting wheels, overpainting/removing decals, adding Peter Pig pilots, adding spinning props. Every question I've had has been asked and answered here somewhere Advanced Search is my friend!
Here you go Jeff - More Lohners than you can shake a stick at, which you've seen before

Flash, thanks for the refresher on the thread! In reading it, this flying boat Christmas tree ornament thing goes back to at least 2012 and they are still selling them today. What a strangely specific decoration! And it just happens to be the only one in a nearly 1/144 scale and useful in WoG...
I had to check out this SORA business and they are rather a big deal in the world of Christmas ornaments. I shall not reveal any of this to my wife! We have enough ornaments for 10 trees and I draw the line at putting up two each year...
You were correct when you said this Tim, I didn't know what or where "paint" was. Peter did this in paint, but I think we had to save it twice to come out right.
Thanks for your advice mate, even if I did not understand what you meant at the time!
