Help - 'V' Movement Deck

Hi

In the Unofficial Card Stats it mentions movement deck 'V'

But I cannot find any reference to movement deck 'V' in any of the product listings - could someone please help

Thank you Flash - this is going to help me put together Fr, R,T, X and W movement decks. As space is an issue I only use cards - so unfortunately i don't purchase the models although I did purchase a number of the box sets and blister packs.
