I want one, I love B17's. That little critter is awesome.
That tank chess looks fun, might have to check that one out...
Never Knowingly Undergunned !!
I don't know how I missed this one on Kickstarter.
It's the same company that made the Age of Dogfights I backed earlier this year.
I see they made 'realistic' tanks as well: HERE
I have sent them a message to see if/when those will be available again.
Take my money!
Yep, the photo of the SPR Tiger is a T34. I even have photos of it in action some years ago at a Battle of the Bulge reenactment. As you can see the model is a Bolt Action Tiger!. I wanted to paint is as the SPR Tiger for an upcoming battle with Bob (BB401). BTW, love your Tigers!
This week will see the painting man cave getting a severe blitz so hopefully I can be more of a part of the December workbench.

Lol, they’re cute, love the Titanic and some of the warships
Never Knowingly Undergunned !!
My hobby store uses their tanks for a big tanks game at cons.
As for the Tiger William, they make Kelly's Hero's tigers at Warlords based off the movie vehicles which I think were T34's. They would likely be a good match for your Photo.
I was simply after an approximation of the paint scheme of "431" that appeared in Saving Private Ryan. I was not interested in a T34 chassis but an actual Tiger ! from Bolt Action. I also just received a Marder III (which got burned up with a Molotov Cocktail in the movie).
This is a photo from the Bulge reenactment I spoke of which included the SPR (T34) Tiger. I cant imagine what it costs to transport an oversize load like that to a reenactment!
lol Pete. They are coming along well. Got a wash on them today and the bases made.
Chris, remember to put a plastic sheet up before you paint or are you adding to the other color on the wall ?
Looking good Chris!!!
Superb Tim, more to blood at FC when it finally comes about.

Very nice, Bob! Put those K decks to work.
Great looking planes Bob & Tim!
Chris, looking forward to seeing those balloons! I’ve got a couple base coated and in the queue for detailing.
Sick! holey moley Tim.........wires? (thud) .....jaw hitting floor........
Tim and Bob, loving the Albatros!
Next up for me are 2 Aviatik C1's. These have a strange firing arch since the gunner is up front and the gun is on either side of him with a restricted use of the gun. The Aeronaut book says that they started with just one gun that had to be moved from one side to the other. They then changed to one gun on each side. Hev to see how these will be in a game.
Great work Bob. It always strikes me how high the LFG Roland D.VI had the pilot sitting, but evidently "the poor view from the cockpit was rectified by raising the seat on production planes" (Grosz'93), and it's what all the period photographs show: pilots with their shoulders well above the cockpit rim.
Yes looks like he had a good field of vision.
So how many books are in your personal library?
Robert the tail is black and the bottom wing is a dark dreen.
Thanks Chris. The wife got a chuckel out of that. I bought this book "Military Aviation of the First World War" (360 pages). From the title I thought it would be about the planes but it has more information about the ACES. Besides bios of many of the ACES it has many good photos of the planes and pilots. I thought of you when I saw these of some balloons.
the bottom one shows the checkered pattern.
Bob, those balloon pics are sweet. I've been considering that book for awhile and found a nice used copy for $13 so pulled the trigger. Can't depend on family to put the right presents under the Christmas tree.
Chris there are not many balloon photos. Most are of planes and pilots but they are a great addition for photos other than German.
If you get too frustrated, you can buy a Parseval-Siegsfeld basket on Shapeways. I think your string version will look even better, but it will take some work to get the ropes all tensioned just right.
