Very cool! Makes you just want to join in with Kong doesn't it!
Yes David, he is a work in progress. Working on a 6 zone Empire State Building.
Nothing "meager" about that Sam!
Love the king kong. Collection looks good to me!
Thanks Berry
Thanks Dan
Nice collection. Oh-oh, looks Kong is German. Who will the Entente recruit, Godzilla?
That looks like loads of fun Sam. Plenty of planes for hours of missions.
Thanks Peter, I think Kong is an equal opportunity destroy. Lol
Thanks Paul, teaching my grandchildren to play the game so it
continues to be enjoyed.
Nice collection. How old are your grand kids?
Besides the planes, I especially like the tank!

Thanks Mike. I just finished making the Tank. It was a Fathers Day. Gift from my Son.
I always thought that the "Monsterpocalyse King Kondo" would be a great enemy/target on the maps....even more when the tripods arrived. But the model is nearly as hard to find as some WGF-Planes:
Cut away the Base and put it on a Acryl transparent base.
Know what you mean Andreas. I spent several months trying to narrow my pick down to the one I did.
It isn’t cheep either. Lol
That is a good collection, Sam! It is not meager.
It might be small, but it's hardly "meagre".
It's nice to see the planes on display where you can appreciate them when not in play. They look great along with your nicely done balloon, Kong, and the nifty looking tank.
Impressive display. I love that Kong!
I gotta get me one of these!

Looks awesome. Where did you get the King Kong?
I think he is the new NECA model that is out. Pretty awesome looking! Need to get the new Godzilla and have King Kong vs Godzilla vs Triplanes!
Is that NECA King Kong model too big for the map and plane size? I don't know, but it looks about the right size?
P.S. it says it isn't out yet?
Ello Sam
You've only been at it a few months, give it time (Iknow, it must be everything now lol) it will grow. Love the balloon, all fat n pudgy.
Sarge, remember always that even the mightiest private air-forces here started from humble beginnings too. You're off to a good start and it will surely grow with time, though some acquisitions may be a matter of how much you're willing to throw at them. (Andrea A. did once tell me that he hoped to see every old Nexus deco reissued by Ares, with revisions as necessary to account for new evidence between then and now.)
You’re working on a great collection and I like Kong too! I’m a big sucker for WW1 tanks and this model in particular so when I saw yours I was intrigued and even more so when I found out it moves, great build.
Thinking on tanks. Does anyone know of any good 1/144 sized tanks to use as targets?
Not 1/144, but for a slight scale reduction to give "altitude effect" Heroics & Ros do some 1/300 for WWI. I'm thinking about them as a supplier if I hang out my shingle doing paint-and-assemble work... the 1/600 Pico Armor line is much more compact and economical, but I'm concerned they'd be a little too "altitude scaled" for anything other than a Giant bomb-run.
If you have access to a 3D printer there are some great files available for free download on Thingiverse.

Here are some that I printed:
