I visited the grave of fallen AVG pilot Lt. Col. William Reed on Monday. As part of paying respect I decided to commence reading the book about him, "Flying Tiger Ace: The Story of Bill Reed, China's Shining Mark" while I was there. It looks like it is going to be a good one.

I am a bit late responding to this. I have a friend I always remember. Usually gets me more at Christmas time. I just had a friend unturned 2 weeks ago. We were in Nam together so knew him for 48 years. Gamed with him for many years. He was ASA, like Matt and I, also.

Always true; but it is also the case where 1 (or both) sides don't want diplomacy to work.
