    Ran across a reference to this doing some reading. Wow! Another candidate for the 'giants'.

    That experimental ordnance is really impressive!

    The mounted gun is great!

    According to the text, a total of 9 examples were completed with three additional units started, but not finished. Each plane differed from the others as the engineers and designers tried to optimize the design. They appear to have failed as the resulting aircraft were generally unsatisfactory. The 70mm cannon was never used in action.
