    Looking good Sam. So how many of these are you making? Clipper usually has to do a couple of dozen of whatever he makes!

    only two at this point. Price wise I have about $10.00 in material cost and 14 hours of time in the first one. The second one will go faster due to the some of the processes I worked out in the first one. The next scratch build will be a Zeppelin.

    I've made a couple of balloons and like using the pink or blue house insulation foam boards.

    A Zeppelin will be a fun project. The one I made has been used a few times. Always a good time to have a big gas bag on the table along with me next to it. Its not quite the Clipper Express but does the job.

    ahhhh good memories. i had a lot of fun "flying" the zep at origins last year. and a pretty good measure of luck with my damage control crew putting out fires.
