David,
What is the tri-wing plane sitting on the front right corner?

Nice to see Clipper back at the helm, welcome back.
Always good to see how others store their planes. I use those cases for my unofficial planes.
Clipper, The Mannesmann Triplane is pretty darn awesome looking! Is that a shapeways or something or did you scratch built that beast?
love the aircraft recognition poster! is that to assist keeping your myriad of projects sorted lol?
It will be something to see those French planes when we get together again. Just painted up a few AIM planes I received a few weeks ago. At least I have some things to work on. Hope to get one of them decaled tomorrow. This will be a normal planes but a different air force.
Okay, Clipper. That is pretty neat. Did that thing Mannesmann actually get built and fly? Interesting....very interesting!
There is rumored to be a single wheel in a museum in England. A few photos of the fuselage under construction have been found. All are claimed to be ruses intended to extort government funds to a steel tube/fast boat company in the later years of the war in Germany. I did find an intriguing master's dissertation of all things online that tells that story, but the proposal and description of the time tell a most thrilling concept that some people believed enough to invest a ton of money into the project. See the links above and I did a few threads on it in the distant past . . . I also built 13 of them as war prizes for cons and our poets here on the site. . . just ordered the copy of Aero featuring it in the cover . . . . always something fun to research . . . I think it was Zoe who found the first color rendering in lozenge for the project, cool to have such group efforts here!

Started these last month & just finished them off:
A figure conversion of a 20mm Liberation Mini's figure, switching out an M.21 for a pump shotgun, to add to the collection.
And this one has been kicking around for the last twelve months - obviously to go with my moderns - thought it would be neat to have it suspended over the table when called up in a game... went for the 1/144 scale model as that suited the budget & the look I was after... it started life like this:
Now looks like this:
The colours are a little iffy & there's a little more detail to add but you get the idea. Beware the Reaper.

Love the painting station Clipper, I have to make do with a cover on the dining table.
Never Knowingly Undergunned !!
Awesome Clipper!
Finally took photos so here is the first one up. E13A (JAKE) from AIM with MISCMINI decals, well part of them. When I was looking at pictures there were a few of a JAKE in THAI markings. So having THAI decals I now have a JAKE for the Royal Thai Navy (RTN). I saw the anchor on a white or yellow disk but I just put a THAI roundel there and the anchor on the nose.
The spinner is yellow which is the color of the king. The tail number, in Thai, is 18.
Ooooh, nice library!

That Library minis would perfectly match the Mystery of the Abbey detective boardgame that my wife, our daughter and me play every now and then.
Great miniatures.
They remind me of my miniature workshop opened last weekend...

Fantastic library Ken. Never ran into one with my dwarf character though.
T-bolts...one of my favorite WWII fighters. Very nice.
Ken, those are some awesome Thunderbolts. I also love the library scenery. Would go great with Gloomhaven!
When I was looking at markings for the P-47 I noticed that the list of who didn't have P-47's was way shorter then the people that had them. Here are 2 I did for the ROC AF. They used them in the Chinese civil war. SO here are 2 of hem.
Not sure o the actual markings but here is my take on them. I saw that Red is a lucky color for the Chinese so gave them red cowlings.
