The Wright Flight took another flight on Saturday March 14th. The game scenario was set up by Ray (GDog). In attendance was Ray (GDog), Jim (rhodie80), Bill (Old guy), Sean, Joe, Joe's son (whose name and cannot remember, my apologies), and myself Dan (camelbeagle).
Ray set up a Turkish front scenario where the British were dropping supplies to their surrounded soldiers. We had Turkish Fokker EIII vs. a mis-matched group of British planes. The British planes are all shapeways models that Ray has done a wonderful job painting up. The goal was to have three bombers drop their food loads so that the "food" card touched the target. The other sides goal was to shoot down the bombers.
First we have the British Planes:
Next we have the Turkish Planes:
The food drop targets:

The first exchange of fire. Literally!!!
We have to protect those bombers!!!!!
Action got close and heavy. The fabric in the planes must of been extra flammable because we got a lot of planes catching on fire!!
First downed plane was a British Scout. BOOM!
Those Fokker are really giving some dirt to the bombers!
Keep on Target! The British Scouts are re-maneuvering into formation to help!
First bomber shot down!
The British Scout Planes get some revenge!
Keep on Target! The Bombers are dropping their food supplies! The Fokker are hot on their tails!
First load of supplies is a success!
Second load of supplies is a success!
Can the bombers get away to fly another day!
Success! Two loads of supplies successfully dropped and two of the three bombers get home!
A very fun game. We all had a great time. Thanks to Ray for setting up the scenario and supplying the planes. Unfortunately, we found out on Sunday that Epic Loot and Dragon's Guild Hall are shutting down because of recent events. We are unsure when The Wright Flight will fly again, but we will keep it posted.
Thanks!!!!!!!!
