Thumbs up Scenario D-2: Push for the Channel Ports

    Fire in the Skies
Scenario D-2: Push for the Channel Ports

    Český Brod, 12th March 2020
    2:00, 1 player (Allied), 4 planes

    Date of mission: May 1940
    Location: Allied airfield in France
Story: Flight commander Ján Ambruš was returning back from the patrol and suddenly saw two enemy's Messerschmits Bf.109 approaching to the airfield, ready for strafing. He moved to the attacking possition and started covering the airfield follew by a newbie in squadron - Sgt Josef Keprt.
    Axis Forces (AI): 2× Messerschmitt Bf.109 E-3
Allied Forces: 2× Hawker Hurricane Mk.I (the second one came in turn #2)
Axis victory conditions (AI): destroy as many aircrafts and barracks as possible
Allied victory conditions: prevent fully German attack on the airfield
Result: 2× Messerschmitt Bf.109 E-3 down, barracks not destroyed (5 & 0 HP), 4× landed aircraft hidden, minor damages to guarding Hurricanes (8 & 5 HP)
Uncertainties: "Turn" is one move or two? How many HP has a barrack on the airfield?

F/Lt Ambruš face to face to the leading enemy fighter eveded tightly the serious damage and returning fire back. The second Bf.109 hitted hardly to the engine by crew of AA gun - they needed to stop their tea at five, so they are pretty angry...

    Question

@Skafloc: Neil, I noted there is still a rookie skill next to name of Sgt Keprt in spreadsheet - I guess it should be "S", because he shot down an enemy during his first mission

Rookies stop being rookies and become standard pilots after 2 combat missions where they successfully fire against the enemy or when they shoot down a plane.

If anyone else spots a mistake or something I've missed please let me know.

Nice first mission Dan. That will slow down the Hun advance for a while. Good experience for the talented rookie!
