    Default Third Thursday Flight Night

This Thursday, 16 January 2020, is our second get-together for the month for The Wright Flight. We will be meeting at 6 PM at Dragon's Guildhall in Beavercreek, Ohio, to take to the skies again. After our games on Saturday, I am sure we can count on continuing the fun and cameraderie.

Jim mentioned bringing Eindeckers and Nieuport 11s, so I imagine we'll have those for a game. Other planes are welcome, too, should we have time for a second foray into the not-so-friendly skies...

Hope to see you there if you're able!

    All the best,

I always have difficulty with the Nieuport 11 vs Eindecker match ups because I think the Nieuport is a superior machine. Do you give skill cards to the Central Power pilots in your games to "balance" them?

We have been threatening to start using skill cards, Gary, and I think your suggestion would be a prime opportunity to tip us into the Skill Cards Swimming Pool... They are sure to be a hit (or should I say 'splash')

    All the best,

    Bullet Checker!!!!!!!!

It is all fun and games until you poke out somebody's eye! Then it is just fun!

Seriously, I think it will be a very fun game!

I will bring Moraine Saulnier so we can make a decision which way to go.

Here's to them what are like us. Damn few and they're all dead.

We had a super night at Dragon’s Guildhall. We went early War having Eindeckers tangling with Nieuport 11s. As the pictures shows the fur ball was intense. The Bebes could not hold up to the Fokkers. We ended up with 3 Nieuport down for the lost of 1 german. We went to the Pub at the Greene so the French could salve their wounds with a few pints.

Fun times were had by all (okay...most...) While we had Ace cards for each of the Eindeckers, per suggestions above, we seemed not to really need them that much...

I see a recap in the future so the French can 'even the score' was great that we had 8 folks come out to fly...

    All the best,

    Great looking game.

Once the French get used to their new Bebes they should do better...right? or maybe they are the ones that need the ace skills?
