    I’m bricking it, lol
It’s like following Sir Alex Ferguson as manager of Man Utd. (Tim... that’s a football reference)
I will do my best to uphold the highest of standards set by my illustrious predecessor.

Thanks for clarifying that, Wing Commander, Sir!

I hope both yourself and our newly-promoted Air Vice Marshall enjoy your new roles.

May I suggest, Wing Commander and Air Vice-Marshal, Sirs, that amongst the first acts in your new roles you change your signature banners.

Thats why I made it 'spar' time on Paul's comment!

I really want to get involved with Sails but as we sold our home and are currently homeless all my stuff is in storage. Hopefully later in the year I can converse with the Admiral.

I forgot Keith was an Admiral in the other game. I often think that game did not get a fair shake forum wise. When you consider BSG and T&T are a part of this one it seems almost unfriendly to put that game out there on its own. Separating it from potential customers and enthusiasts. Can you just imagine the mixture of language that would happen in the forum posts if we were united. "Ahoy me Hearties! Time for an FTL, then home for tiffin chaps"

It's hard enough to remember weather I am Bligh, Kyte or Rob sometimes, without saying shipmate when I mean pilot, or wardroom when I mean mess and vice versa. Thank goodness G&T aare the same in both contexts.
True that Sails never got a good start, but that is more to do with Ares marketing than being a sister site. However, ( Commercial coming up) it would be great to hear from more of you cxhaps over there even just for the banter to keep things ticking over.

    Hi Neil.
    Happy New year to you.
I think we are OK with Tim as long as he still has some of his dried frog pills left.
