last night I played my new "Famous Aces" for the first time with my son (aged 29), using the basic rules, played out on a 3ft square table. He took the sopwith camel, I played the fokker DR1.

was good to get used to the cards and the manouvers. both games were fun, unfortunately both ended with victories to my son.

just had some models delivered - now the fun really begins. Mcfaddens SE5A looks like they nearly had to invent larger cards to fit the moves on (memo to self - you ain't gonna out run this one!!!)

somehow my dad usually win against me as well those dr1's are a bit of a glass cannon good in a close-up dogfight and not as good 1 v 1 still love it though
