Hey everybody,
I've seen how-to's about WW2 planes, but does anyone have any tips for adding them to WW1 planes?
I'm not sure what to glue the prop to and I'm worried that superglue will frost the clear plastic.
Thanks!

Here is a link to Clippers how to: https://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/sh...Spinning+props.
The short version is he uses something called RC 56 glue.
You can use superglue GEL, Mike - that doesn't run all over the prop, so a small dab in the right place will not frost your disc (oooerrr missus!)
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
Don't use liquid super glue, It WILL frost up your disk and that does NOT look nice. I accidentally used liquid super glue once and I had to throw away the disk.
I've never had much luck using super glue anywhere near clear plastics....
My first impulse is to glue the prop to a pin to simulate a propellor shaft like so:
Then clip the pin and attempt to glue it to the front of the plane. I'm hoping I won't have to drill a hole in to the front of the plane. The more things you have to do to the plane, the easier it is to screw the whole thing up.
Does that make sense?
