I was just curious if anyone is playing the WW2 with Tripods?

makes me wonder how my 75mm gun nose b-25 would do against tripods.
I suppose that you could treat each attack run with the 75mm gun in a similar way to an attack with one flight of rockets. However, you would not be restricted to just two attacks because of the number of shells carried.
I have three sets of counters for WWII, and I'm thinking they will likely never get out of the packaging, let alone get punched.
I'm having fun with the WWI version, and I have way too much time being taken up by the distraction of BSG. I'm now having trouble finding time to put just WWI or WWII minis on the table.

Hoping to try the WWII version; I have a feeling it will be very tricky for the Martian player if late war (big card deck) aircraft are in play. It's hard enough aiming the heat ray at triplanes! Will report back as soon as I have managed a game.
I'm hoping to play it with the WWII planes when I get my set in (just ordered recently). Looking forward to flying some zeroes against the tripods kind of like a WWII martian version of Godzilla haha.
Still need to play a first WGF game...

I saw the WWII counters so have to get an order in for them. get used to the WWI play first.
Oh, we DEFINITELY plan on using the WWII rules ... eventually. Right now, though, we're having too much fun with just the WWI rules!
