We had a chance this long weekend at Origins to run games using the real, genuine Tripods and Triplanes figures! Ares NA had arranged to have the Italian office express ship a couple of boxed sets of T&T, along with several individual tripods and extra counters sets and damage deck sets, to them at Origins so we could use them in our games. The result was exciting! All who played in the scheduled games had a great time, and they really enjoyed the new models and tweaks to the 'basic' game. The game components are gorgeous - the damage decks are splendid - all the appropriate counters are, too. The tripods are lovely and colorful and menacing. I am so excited to receive my Kickstarter materials in the next month While I am sad it has taken so long for the KS to be delivered, I think the wait has been worth it. Quality all around in this game
